If you want a break from the Broadway heat, crowds, noise and prices, this food court is a hidden gem. We enjoyed fabulous food and dessert here without breaking the bank, shouting at each other for dinner conversation, and dripping in sticky sweat like all the other tourists seemed to be enjoying on Broadway. We loved seeing the Nashville scene and also getting a break from such unpleasantness here at this food court to do so. It was simply fantastic. We'll be back next time we're in Nashville.

Hattie B's in Nashville completely lived up to the hype! We ordered the hot chicken sandwich with a side of creamy pimento Mac and cheese, plus the hot chicken strips paired with coleslaw and well seasoned BBQ baked beans. Everything was packed with flavor, perfectly crispy, and had the absolute best kick of heat. It was so incredibly good - definitely a must-visit spot for authentic hot chicken when you are in town. We will definitely be back!

We were in town for the Eagles game and let me tell you, Amanda was the best freakin bartender we’ve ever seen!! She runs that place hands down!! Her level is few and far between, if you want to be noticed and your drink never empty, go here! Not only did she provide excellent service to our group, but she was tending to other large groups and people at the bar as well! We can’t wait to go back! Go birds!

Fantastic service and was very accommodating to my allergies.My waitress Aja was very sweet and when there was a mistake on my daughter's food she was apologetic and made it right. Sean (the manager) ensured that I was able to have a drink that would not cause me any issues. He was super friendly and very nice. I would definitely come here again as they ensure that allergies are taken serious which was the opposite of what I experienced at Jolene's restaurant.

The food and service were great, and unfortunately this place rips you off on pricing. We had a large group and were told we needed to hit a $4,000 minimum for dinner and we needed a pre fixe menu - the food that was delivered totaled ~83/person (1,500 total) plus alcohol and tip. We did not order 2,500 in alcohol. To add insult to injury, the whisky list was the most offensively priced whisky list I have ever seen in my life, $100 for a 2 oz pour of EH Taylor Small Batch, I don’t think so ($70 bottle). I’d consider coming back to sit in the lounge and watch the live music, but never for dinner.
